Return - Product Replacement
You can request a replacement or change of the product(s) you have received within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery. You must inform the Company of your decision and complete the corresponding statement (e.g. a letter to be sent by post - EL.TA. or e-mail). Returns and/or product changes are made within 15 days from the date of receipt and the first change is free of charge.
The products and packaging must be in exactly the same condition in which they were purchased, in order to be accepted and to be replaced or changed. No refund can be given if the product(s) have been used after opening it or if it is damaged. The return is made to the Company, to the information that will be provided to you, and the shipping costs for the first change or return are borne by the Company. For the second change and any of your following change requests, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The return of the product/products is accepted, only if the customer has previously paid the sale price and other agreed charges and fees, and/or any amount charged by the Company for sending the product(s) to him (from the second change onwards). Similarly, the company is obliged to return the price that was charged, when the return of the order takes place.
The Company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives any return product(s), and will execute the refund by depositing it in a bank account indicated by the customer.
Defective products or wrong order
In the case of a return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a product other than the one you ordered), in order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following:
- Product returns can be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must have been purchased exclusively from www.sandalo-leather.com.
- The defective product is replaced only with the same product.
In case of a defective product, it is necessary to provide us with a photo of the item at info@sandalo-leather.com so that we have a better picture of its condition and approve its return.
Return procedure
1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. Carefully pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
3. In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, send ** the parcel with the courier company that made the delivery with details * for the recipient the following:

Σε αυτή την περίπτωση τα μεταφορικά έξοδα βαραίνουν την Εταιρεία. In this case the transport costs are borne by the Company.
* Please note that the return shipping costs are paid by the Company in case of: 1. its own error (e.g. error in the order), 2. defective product and 3. only for the first product change. In all other cases the costs are borne by the customer.

Order cancellation
An order cancellation can only be made when the online order has been completed but the product(s) has not yet been shipped.
You can call us at 210-8313881 and the Company will undertake the cancellation of your order.
Order delays
Your order may be delayed during periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In any case, the Company will contact you to inform you of any delays (concerning a problem with your order, or the product and/or payment).
In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (e-mail), the Company does not bear any responsibility in the case that the information you have entered is incorrect.
